NCTE Poetry Genius Panel

I'm kind of known as the guy who puts everything in Poetry Genius, As is obvious by the fact that I am giving this presentation using it as my main vehicle. By the way, the meticulous choosing of the best meme or gif animation to express one's point is now a very important part of my Common Core pedagogy: 21st century learning at its finest. I came up with a cool riff on Poetry and Rap Genius' mission to "Annotate The World" recently. I told another user a few weeks ago to think outside the box on how to use the platform -- because when you're annotating the entire world, there is no box! That philosophy led me to a lot of experimentation with the Poetry Genius platform, and what I discovered was that almost anything in the classroom that needed doing could be done with Poetry Genius.
