[Verse 1] Painting of waiting Watching the same paint dry I meta another person that I don't like And so I tagged him in a photograph Put that on his wall And then the image I had left Had it's meaning evolve Creationist preacher said it had been there Atheists hardly believed it But the security footage didn't have its sights on me And so since I was out of the shot I shot the paint Put the can up to the glass And I frosted it Whats the american donut? When will we have the time To resist getting fists connected up to our eyes? I'm surprised that nothing has changed Frankly and dearly Made sausage but you don't wanna know the process sincerely The factory ain't here You see you ain't cooked shit And at the end of the assembly line your brain got picked And you think that you're special Just cause you had one idea? Did you wrap it to look pretty And remove how you feel? Did you hate yourself so much That you became everyone else Did laying a foundation, line your eyes with smears Cause you weren't born the way you feel And felt back when You could afford to believe in what your painting meant?
