It's the "Love Me Like You" interview. With... JESY NELSON: Jesy! JADE THIRLWALL: Jade! LEIGH-ANNE PINNOCK: Leigh-Anne! PERRIE EDWARDS: Perrie! Okay, Jesminda, stop looking at the questions! JADE: What do the other girls bring to the recording process? Now, don't talk about me too much, Jesy, I know - JESY: She, that girl - JADE: No, I'm joking. JESY: Well, obviously their incredible voices. I feel like as the years have gone on, we've all stepped it up vocally, and I feel like we've all grown in confidence with our voices. And I think that's what really stands out on this album, how much you can really identify everyone, you know? Individually. So, Jade, what was the highlight of making Get Weird for you? JADE: Ooh! The highlight of making Get Weird for me was... I think, the four of us girls getting closer as a band. JESY: Aww! JADE: 'Cause we had many trials and tribulations along the way. JESY: Lovely. JADE: Quite a bit tough at some places, but we stuck together and we didn't give up, and now we have the best album yet, because. JESY: Oh, very nice! JADE: So, Leigh-Anne, what song on the album makes you most happy? What makes you wanna jump about - LEIGH-ANNE: The album... it has to be "Weird People." JADE: Yeah! LEIGH-ANNE: I think that song is so... fun, so happy, and it's literally just about being yourself, being weird, because if you were normal, like, no one's really normal - JADE: Boring. LEIGH-ANNE: And it's - boring, exactly, right? It's all about being weird, sort of, expressing yourself, and not giving a... poo about anybody that tells you otherwise. JADE: So what's your favorite song otherwise? LEIGH-ANNE: Okay, my favorite song on the album, I actually love every song, but I'm gonna say probably "I Love You." I don't know why I love it so much, it just makes me feel so proud when I hear us all sing that I think, our vocals on it are so lovely and so amazing, and it just, yeah. I just feel very proud when I hear it [?]. JADE: Aww! LEIGH-ANNE: Hi, Perrie! PERRIE: Hi, love! LEIGH-ANNE: So, what's your favorite song and why? PERRIE: My favorite song on the album is "Lightning." LEIGH-ANNE: Eee, good one! PERRIE: It is such a tune! I just feel empowered, I feel strong, I feel fierce! LEIGH-ANNE: Yeah. PERRIE: Yes, it's fantastic. LEIGH-ANNE: It's almost like "DNA," it's - PERRIE: It is! It is just like "DNA" and all that fierceness [?]. LEIGH-ANNE: Yes. Okay, what is your most meaningful song, would you say, and why? PERRIE: I think "Grown" has a good meaning to it, 'cause I was always that girl in school who could never get the guy, and he'd always find someone of my mates, and I'd be invisible. But yeah, I think, yeah, I love "Grown" because, uh, I love that when you get a bit older and you get more confident, you just feel good in yourself. LEIGH-ANNE: Definitely. PERRIE: I just get so excited talking about Get Weird, darling!
