This mixtape's in memory of Brian Dagle. Rest in peace Years ago, when I was probably 12 or so, I would always play video games with my brother And that's when I met you I remember when my brother said your name I immediately thought of Deagel, and that's what I called you We used to play sometimes, even without Zach Halo, Call of Duty, just me and Deagle That only lasted about a year or two After that I never really talked to you, never saw you around Until last year when I started putting music out You went out of your way to text my brother Just to tell me good job or something like that I've been trying so hard to remember, I guess that was the last time I talked to you Just a quick thank you And from then on, I would notice the occasional like or post on my fan page on Facebook And, it felt good When I heard the news that morning, I was speechless I thought I saw you the day before around town So it was weird to think...I guess it wasn't you But I still can't grasp that you're gone I wish you were here I may not have known you as well as a lot of people And I really wish I did But you were always nice to me, and that's all I really remember That and a few faded memories From years ago. It doesn't really matter how well I knew you Because what really matters to me right now is that I was lucky enough to know you at all I hope you are in a better place now Brian Thank you for being a part of everyone's lives And we love you.
