I wish that I could have a love A love that won't let me be A love that won't ever unsee The way I am and keep me too Why do they get to be so happy They take love for granted When it should be cherished They play games and don't forgive In my time away from the world I've come to learn that I Can't be happy until I die And then What's fair I'll maybe get If I go alone it's a shame I had so much to have I had so much to see But you can't always get it The gates up to heaven is good enough It can find a way to be there above If I can cleanse myself of my sins Then I can truly be saved and content But sometimes I find it had To be content with that I become selfish and careless I give into my own-self I don't think of you I don't think of anyone but me But I'm just human and I want To change my ways, sometimes
