Three years ago when I came, I went into my room. I was one of the first people here and someone who wasn't white was the kid next door and I'm not kidding, I texted my best friend from home and said, "This camp's gonna be awesome. Not everyone's white!" And that guy who moved in next door was Bobby Woody and we became best friends We became really good friends over the years. I mean, if you were here last year, you saw us rapping in the talent show. Never would've done that anywhere else. Like I said, White Town, USA I was so excited for him to come back! He was a year older, so I knew it was gonna be his nevermore year. um. And a month before camp, he texted me and told me he couldn't come. He was all signed up, he was in our class and then, his scholarship got revoked. And I kept thinking. I thought for a couple of weeks. "How am I going to do this? How am I going to go to CTY without him?" And then I realized that CTY is what you put into it. It wasn't going to be the same, but that doesn't mean it was gonna be worse. I'm not saying that I didn't miss Bobby because I do and I texted him all the time and I really wish he could've been here, but you need to use the time that you have You guys could have 6 more hours with whoever you're with right now. You have absolutely no guarantee that you're going to see them next year. That doesn't mean you should start crying and waste all that time. You guys can have a great time with 6 hours! I mean, I could watch like 12 episodes of Spongebob with that So, you should use that time and you should realize that it's not about the next time you're going to see the people, it's what you did with it and how much you used 3 weeks-- 3 Weeks and we've made this close friends! 6 hours can do a lot more than you think, so use it, please, cuz I never got to use it with Bobby Uhh I love CTY and I love Passionfruit
